When is the last day to RSVP?

Is there a room block available?
Yes, we have rooms available at the Bayfront Sheraton and Courtyard Marriott.​

Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided to and from the reception for guests staying at the Sheraton & Courtyard Bayfront hotels. The bus will depart promptly at 4:30 pm and will return after the reception.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at both the ceremony and the reception.​
Valet parking will also be available at The Kahkwa Club for your convenience.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive to the church no later than 1:45 PM.​
Guests arriving after this time will be asked to wait in the vestibule until after the procession is over.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will be capturing every moment, and we want everyone to be fully present.
Can I bring a plus one?
We have planned our wedding day around celebrating with our closest family and friends; only guests who are named on the invitation are able to attend.
Are children welcome?
We love your little ones, but we've chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are our adorable flower girls. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
We will have indoor and outdoor areas available at the cocktail hour & reception, weather permitting.
Where are you registered?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you’d like to give a gift, we’re registered at Williams Sonoma and Zola.
